Applies to: SynetoOS 4.x and above

If a new SynetoOS update is available, in dashboard the package icon on top left bar will be blue or will be marked as bold

By clicking on that icon, the update page will appear giving you some option

As you can see in the picture some updates does not require a reboot while other need to reboot the Syneto VM.

Note: When you reboot the SynetoOS VM all the other VM present in ESXi host must be powered off.

If no new update is available the page will look as picture below:
